Qualification Description
The CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support helps meet the needs of age care industry by providing knowledge of specialised task in aged services; either in residential, home or community-based environment. The employers need to demonstrate leadership skills within limited parameters and maintain the quality service through development and review of individualised service planning and this certificate course provides you with this knowledge. For the completion of the course, the candidate must have completed at least 120 hours of work as detailed in the Assessment Requirements of the units of competency.
